MTS Vietnam Has Become a MOIT Approved Laboratory

We are proud to announce that MTS Vietnam has become a MOIT approved laboratory. MTS Vietnam has obtained a certificate of registration for testing operations in accordance with the Decree No. 107/2016/NĐ-CP.

Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) released new regulations on azo dyes and formaldehyde in textiles on October 23, 2017. This new regulation was published in Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BCT and the new requirements on azo dyes and formaldehyde will take effect on May 1, 2018.

Under the new Circular, any regulated textile products must bear a Conformity of Regulation mark (CR Mark) and have a certificate of conformity by self-declaration or by a designated certification/accreditation body. The testing for declaration of conformity shall be carried out by a testing organization certified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
